Andy will take a personal interest in you and your needs, and will spend time honing your instructional skills before putting you in front of the PADI examiners. During your Instructor Development Course he will concentrate on teaching real world applications, not just to train you to pass the examination but to prepare and help you develop your diving career, and make a name for yourself in the competitive diving industry of today.

Andy teaches at a relaxed pace, making the learning experience stress-free and positive. After each day there will be time for studying, relaxing, and absorbing the information taught. “As the attention span gets shorter, the ability to absorb decreases”. Andy is a strong believer in equal amounts of training and rest absorption time. Each section of the course is broken down into bite-sized chunks with ample time given between each section to absorb its concepts and discuss its contents.

Andy has developed professional and friendly relationships with PADI 5-Star Instructor Development Centres around the world, allowing work placement opportunities. The facilities used are top of the line and designed to make learning efficient and easy without your worrying about the logistics.

He only uses PADI IDC Staff instructors, with an unsurpassed working knowledge of all levels of PADI courses due to teaching these very courses every day.
